Who we are

Ask MonTaser is the property advisory service of Mahmoud MonTaser, a licensed real estate broker (RERA BRN 78343) with Metropolitan Premium Properties, Al Salam Tecom Tower, Al Sufouh 2, Dubai, UAE. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Ask MonTaser.

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you choose to share:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your property interests, such as budget, area, project, unit type and timing

We collect these through the forms on this website, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) lead forms, WhatsApp and email.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and contact you about it
• To send you the property information you asked for, such as prices, payment plans and availability

We do not use your details for anything unrelated to your enquiry.

Legal basis

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit a form or contact us, in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with

• We never sell your personal data.
• Developers and partners: only when needed for your enquiry, for example to check availability or reserve a unit you asked about.
• Service providers that help us run this website and our marketing: website hosting (Vercel), analytics and advertising (Google Analytics, Meta and the OpenAI ads pixel). These providers may process data outside the UAE under their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar tools from Google Analytics, Meta and OpenAI to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our ads. They collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type and your approximate location. They do not give us your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

How long we keep it

We keep your details only as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and follow up with you, or as long as the law requires. When we no longer need them, or when you ask us to, we delete them.

Your rights

Under the UAE PDPL you can:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct details that are wrong or out of date
• Delete your data
• Withdraw your consent at any time
• Stop messages: reply STOP to any WhatsApp or text message, or use the unsubscribe link in our emails
