Mahmoud Montaser is a Dubai-based real estate advisor. Instead of showing every launch, he keeps a short, handpicked list of off-plan projects that are the right buy right now, and explains why: price, timing, developer and payment plan. He works with local and international buyers and manages the full journey from selection to handover.
